Commencement Celebrations and Festivities
St. Edward’s is excited to honor the achievements of our 本科 and Graduate degree recipients for the 2023 – 2024 academic year with Commencement ceremonies and festivities.
Commencement festivities will include 毕业典礼，学士学位弥撒, Commencement ceremonies held in the 康乐体育中心(RAC) and livestreamed from Jones and Carter Auditoriums. The Legacy Walk will follow each ceremony. 详情如下:
毕业典礼，学士学位弥撒 & 毕业典礼更新!
帽子和长袍: The website for students to be able to place an order for cap and gowns online is now active for all students. Please use the following link to place your order. http: / / stedwards.shopoakhalli.com/purchasewizard/Welcome. If you're unable to attend GradFest to order your cap and gown, orders that will ship directly to the bookstore will need to be placed by 3/13. If you will have the order shipped directly to your address, 订单需要在4/17之前完成.
GradFest: GradFest will be held on Monday, March 25th in the Ragsdale Center Mabee A&B宴会厅在三楼. From 12 noon to 6:30pm, you may stop in to 买你的帽子和礼服, 订购毕业通知, class ring, 拍毕业照等等!

毕业照片: Flash Photography is the official commencement photographer. Every student will be photographed and proofs will be mailed and emailed within a week of the ceremony. If you have any questions, please contact Flash Photography directly at: http://flashphotography.com/contact

If I need special accommodations, who can I contact?

When can I receive graduation tickets, and how many will I be alloted? The graduation portal for tickets will be open on 11月20日星期一上午10点. Each graduate will be alloted (7) tickets that can be retrieved using their student id number (excluding the leading zero's) as a passcode via the link provided. Students will be sent an email with the link to secure tickets.
Where should graduates and guests park for both Mass and Graduation? Campus parking on December 15th will be complimentary in the garage and all lots except the orange lots.

What are the times of each Commencement Ceremony? 第一届毕业典礼即将举行 10am - Bill Munday School of Business (Graduate & 本科) & the 行为学院 & 社会科学本科专业. Note: Graduate check-in begins in the Alumni Gym & RAC门为客人打开 9am. The The Legacy Walk will take place immediately after the ceremony. Co第二届毕业典礼将于 3pm - 艺术学院 & Humanities, 自然科学学院 & the 行为学院 & 社会科学专业毕业生 & 博士课程: Graduate check-in Begins in the Alumni Gym & RAC门为客人打开 2pm. The time was moved back an hour to ensure clearance of traffic and resetting of the RAC so that all are able to enjoy the ceremony.
